I would like to officially welcome you to the Hawk Family blog. I attempted a family blog a few years ago, but between Josh and I, there wasn't much to report. Now, that we have a little one on the way, I wanted a fun way to chronicle this experience and to be able to share it with family and friends. I hope that everybody enjoyed the video last week. We thought it would be fun to have a video gender reveal. If you know us well, you know that the video was a true reflection of both of our personalities- Josh delivering his little sermonette at the beginning and my wanting to get straight to the point.
Finally, I have to give big props to my baby sister, Lauren from Team Denton and The Spectrum for designing this cute little blog. She was kind enough to step in and save me from my left-brained self. As you can see, she is very talented and somehow got all of the creativity genes. So when you see cute things pop up on the blog, you know who gets all the credit.
