Welcoming Mabry Rose!

Well, it's no longer an all boys club around here anymore!  There's a new lady in town, and we are all very smitten!  Mommy loves all the bows and pink; Daddy loves cuddling his little girl; and the boys adore her.  She makes our family complete!

Mabry Rose Hawk was born on February 24, 2017 at 1:08 PM, weighing 7 lbs. 4 oz and measuring 18 inches long!  She was born via c-section after many prayers that she would come naturally. Mommy was hoping for a V-BAC, but because they don't allow inductions with a V-BAC, we waited for her to come on her own and she had other plans.   But she's here and she's perfect and the rest is just details.  

                                       

                 

Once she was here, she had to spend a little time in the transition nursery on oxygen due to having some fluid in her lungs.  She was reunited with Mommy just a few hours later and due to a quick recovery from surgery, we went home a day earlier than planned!  We are loving our new little family of 5!
