Brooks- 3 Months

Weight:  11 lbs.          Height: 22 1/2 in.

Firsts:
* First time meeting Aunt Rachel
* First physical therapy appointment
* First laughs
* First Halloween
* First road trip to Tennessee for Lauren W's wedding
* First night in crib
* First time meeting Cousin Bryan and Aunt Connie

Milestones:
 - Sleeping through the night, most of the time
 - Grabbing at things and playing with the toys on the play mat
 - Starting to hold head up for longer stretches

Like Mommy: You are very chill and go with the flow.

Like Daddy: You have your Daddy's ears and a very big smile like your Daddy.

Mommy's Favorite: Mommy LOVES your smile and how you light up when she picks you up.

Daddy's Favorite:  Daddy loves watching your brother play with you and cuddling with you at night.

How We Spend Our Day:  Our schedule is pretty much the same as last month but you have dropped your last feeding and are going to bed earlier. :)  You are still a little restless at night but have been doing longer stretches in your crib!

Best Memory: The best memories of the month came from our trip to TN.  We had so much fun visiting with Mommy's childhood friend, Lindsay and her family.  And seeing you in your cute little monkey costume was cute too.  You dressed up as Curious George and Landry was the man in the yellow hat. :)

Biggest Challenge:  Your biggest challenge this month has been strengthening your neck.  You are going to physical therapy now and having to do exercises at home. You don't really like it but are starting to get stronger.

How We Celebrated Your 3rd Month: It was Saturday, so of course, we watched some college football!  South Carolina beat Florida in overtime and Tennessee won big over Kentucky!!!  Mommy and Daddy celebrated you by enjoying some Starbucks coffee in the morning and we had pizza for dinner.  You showed off during tummy time by holding your head up high for a long time and rolling over a few times.  Landry helped us take your 3 month pictures and even got in on a few.

The brothers at 2 1/2 months.

The best pose we could get of all 4 kiddos :)
